1. Complete application and pay DPS fee online @ psp.azdps.gov. then come to our office to be fingerprinted. You must have your IVPP# with you when you come in. You will need to go into your client portal and in "messages", there will be a separate message with this number.

2. Bring your DPS fee ($67) and complete your application in our office.
DPS fee must be in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or business check (these are the only forms of payment DPS will accept).
