2. Complete application and pay DPS fee online @ psp.azdps.gov. then come to our office to be fingerprinted. You must have your IVPP# with you when you come in. You will need to go into your client portal and in "messages", there will be a separate message with this number.

3. Bring your DPS fee ($67) and complete your application in our office.
DPS fee must be in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or business check (these are the only forms of payment DPS will accept).

We mail ALL IVP applications and fingerprints to DPS. We accept cash or card. We are located in the Gilbert Township Villas in Building 1 Suite 104. Park in any uncovered spots and our office entrance is between building 1 and 2. Look for our A frame signs leading you to our door. Our office faces Baseline Road.

Please remember to bring a valid picture ID (DL, state ID, passport, etc).
