1. Complete your application and pay DPS fee online @ psp.azdps.gov, then come to our office to be fingerprinted. You must have your P# with you when you come in. You will need to go into your client portal and in "messages", there will be a separate message with this reference number. We will provide you with an envelope to mail your fingerprints to DPS.

$27 Fingerprinting service, $2 FD258 Card, $1 9x12 Envelope = $30 Total

2. Bring your DPS fee ($67) and complete your application in our office. You will receive an application and envelope to mail your packet to DPS (Application, fingerprints and DPS fee). Your DPS fee must be in the form of a money order, cashier's check or business check. DPS does NOT accept cash, personal checks or credit/debit cards.

Please remember to bring a valid picture ID (Driver's license, State ID, Passport, etc).
