Walk-in and ON-SITE services to Arizona Colleges and Universities who require student and staff fingerprinting.

Fingerprinting, 8:00AM - 5:00pm,

TB Skin Testing, 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Method of Payment: Cash/Visa/Mastercard Accepted

Fingerprinting: $14.00 per card.
(Discounts for more than one card per individual)
TB Skin Tests/Fingerprinting: (for early childhood ed) $34.00

Certified, Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.

Please be sure to bring your drivers license or other government issued ID card for identification (School ID's are not acceptable.)
AND Special Fingerprint Card Form, IF REQUIRED BY YOUR SCHOOL.
